Amy is so conscientious and concerned about her clients well being not only as home sale clients but as people she cares about. When you can communicate clearly and know the person is listening not just hearing you speak it makes such a big difference. We wanted to ask more for the house than initial comps came in and Amy listened, considered it, gave her professional feedback and went with our thoughts. We sold the house for asking price. I am certain most agents would have fought us on that. Amy Puccini is one of the most organized, helpful, considerate brokers I know. She kept me sane during the process of selling my mothers home.
